What we do

[MCDOT Sales LLC] helps buyers and sellers arrange the sale of trucking businesses. We do not sell MC or USDOT numbers on their own. A sale transfers ownership of the business entity that holds the operating authority, followed by the required FMCSA filings.

Listings and estimates

Listing details come from sellers and public FMCSA records. We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee them. Buyers must complete their own due diligence. The valuation calculator gives a rough planning estimate, not an appraisal or an offer.

Confidentiality

Buyers must sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving a seller’s identifying information or documents, and may use them only to evaluate that purchase.

Accounts

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site or other people’s information.
